Subcontractor for Alcatel-Lucent: Vendor for KSA operators (Mobily& STC) which carried out operator all requirements to be stands among the huge-advanced field in Telecommunications.
•Install and commissioning MW links MPR9500 and AWY 9400 ( XPIC, SD and 1+1 ) within MDT and new links
•Install and commissioning ALU- BSS (indoor and outdoor)
•Install and commissioning ALU-3G system.
•Install and commissioning ALU-4G.

In Egypt, ALKAN network is responsible for providing BSS O&M for EtisalatMisr and Vodafone EG.

Position: Site Engineer
Tasks & responsibilities:
•Providing preventive & corrective maintenance for BTS sites (indoor & outdoor).
•Troubleshooting BTS alarms internal & external alarms (3012, 3012 II, 3012AE, 3900).
•Troubleshooting microwave transmission alarms(NEC Pasolink V4, NEC Pasolink NEO, RTN 600, RTN 900 & RTN 950).
•Troubleshooting RF problems and alarms.
•New Microwave link installation, due to reroute plans. (RTN 620, RTN950)
•Microwave links upgrade & downgrade.
•Creating and troubleshooting E1 routes.
•Sites Acceptance for new sites.
Vodafone EG
Position: Network Field Maintenance Engineer
Tasks & responsibilities:
•Supervisor in all Sites’ activities of Electrical system & Cooling system (AC’s & 4Energy Systems) .
•Dealing with all types of RBS’s ( Indoor& Outdoor ) .
•Handling all Environmental Alarms for Vodafone sites.
•Handling all RF Alarms related to TX or Antennas.
•Well knowledge with Ericsson RBS’s & Links ( Mini-Links & Traffic Node .
•Supervision over the team and issued all reports related to Vodafone BTS Project.
•Manage between 4 offices and handle all alarms related to site status
•Preventive Maintenance (PM) agent with its all tasks and all needs
•SIAE Microwave Links(Vodafone EG):
-SIAE MW Links Maintenance
-Alignment for all types of SIAE Links.
-Off-loading, Relocation & LOS trouble shooting with solutions.
-Cut Over All SIAE MW Link with install new whole ME system at sites .
-Troubleshooting microwave transmission alarms (SIAE Compact & modular).

Tasks & responsibilities:
•Developing and implementing the package of (ERP)(AP, AR, GL, STOCK, Production, Fixed Assets and Hr, Payroll) that made by ENCOM and its dreat business and financial logic.
•Support and implement ERP to several customers ( Nisco Factory for plastic industry, Verino Furniture, Ministry of Interior and SMA Group).
