Manage systems Windows (2003, 2008) troubleshoot services(DHCP, DNS, VPN, Hyper V, Active directory), Manage Backup & Restore Applications ( Symantec Backup Exec, ARC Server), Operate & troubleshoot tapelibirary (IBM, SUN, HP), Other applications (TMG, Bright mail, BMC, SCOM).
