It transfers Analog / Digital land lines from men buildings to female buildings via network by using two Gateways, One in switch side and the other in remote side. The switch side takes analog / Digital land lines and gives one IP output. The remote side takes IP input and gives Analog / Digital outputs. There are different types of Gateways depending on the number of outputs

* Responsible for co-ordination between my company and the government representatives. I succeeded to solve many problems
* Responsible for installation, maintenance and operation of Video conference, data network and centrals in all buildings of Ain Shams hospitals

* The project contains 5 Basic Sites the main site in Nasser institute. Also we have large number of ambulance cars equipped with the necessary devices.
* Telemedicine means how to provide medical service by the consultant Doctors without any transfer for them to the sites and the ambulance cars anywhere using Telecommunication technology.
*We used Video Conference system TANDBERG 6000, 800 to make video call between national and international sites
* We used VSAT and WiMax to connect between sites and ambulance cars which used to provide service to citizens everywhere
* Network (LAN, WAN using ISDN technology ) using Cisco routers and switches
* We can show and the operations in the operation room on time using Analog and Digital Recorders
* We can show any data ( X-RAY - reports - ECG ….. ) the doctors needs to help the patients
