Build an HR department from the ground up.
•Implement HR system.
•Implement attendance system.
•Create and implement HR policies.
•Create employees contracts and all HR forms.
•Process payroll accuracy and on time.
•Handle all Personnel tasks include: Medical insurance, HR letters, vacation and follow up return to work.
•Onboarding.
•Handle Protection of wages.
•Recruitment.

• Process payroll accuracy and on time
• Dealing with government accounts: GOSI, HRDF, Muqeem, Labor Office and Zakat.
• Management vacation leave by receive request, booking ticket, calculation salary and follow up return to work
• Preparation and draft of all related HR and governmental letters.
• Development and implementations of HR policies and services.
• Prepare and calculate employee’s End of Service
• Invoices validation and audit submitted to HR
Trained for 14 weeks in Personnel Department that include Employee Affairs, Retirement Affairs, Salary and lastly Compensation Affairs.
Core tasks include:
•Register the retired employees in the "Retired Portal" through SAP system.
•Register new or remove a family member from the medical insurance through SAP system.
•Printing identification letters using SAP system.
