Responsibilities:
- Manage development team which consists of developers in Cairo office and remotely-working developers from Saudi Arabia and India.
- Coordination between sales department and development department by converting client requirements to detailed technical brief and to create project analysis or to evaluate analysis if it ready.
- Create framework development plan, introduce new modules and upgrade previous modules to next level.
- Distribution of tasks on developers.
- Develop complex modules (PHP).
- Evaluate developers and clarify the strengths and weaknesses.
- Lead developers to find solutions to projects issues.
- Conceptualization and implementation of novel solutions.
- Introducing new technologies to team through training for sessions.
- Interview and evaluate applicants for development department jobs and choose the most qualified.

- Develop Company Framework and its modules Based on Laravel framework.
- Build new PHP projects and resolving previous projects issues using company framework, Laravel, Drupal and Wordpress.
- Create project analysis and evaluate available previously analyzed projects.
- Cooperate in framework development plan, suggest new modules and upgrade previous modules.
- Develop complex modules (PHP).
- Cooperate with team to create different solutions.
