• Manage, coach, and monitor Fraud & Revenue Assurance team ( E-Wallet "Orange Cash" - Internal Fraud - Investigations).
• Assess the processes, identify fraud risks and their related controls and evaluate/propose additional controls to mitigate the fraud risks.
• Setting, implementing & developing controls over E- Wallet " Orange Cash " revenue stream.
• Develop models and methods to identify potential fraud, and implement tools and processes to minimize it.
• Review all E-Wallet transactions for potential fraudulent activities.
• Identify patterns, claims, and fulfillment activities, by analyzing data and information.
• Conducting analysis of the organization fraud incidents, identifying relevant fraud trends and related risks and proposing specific strategies to limit their impact and
reduce the loss.
• Enhance the Fraud Management program, provide advice, and support management in order to improve the level of controls to mitigate the fraud risks.
• Develop and implement the Fraud Management Awareness program and associated activities to raise the level of fraud awareness within the Organization.
• Participate in issuing the internal fraud audit, investigation reports and propose recommendations on observed findings.
• Review the organization areas, identify the potential areas for fraud, design new controls or enhance existing ones to prevent and minimize financial losses.
• Ensure compliance with the company code of conduct and corporate policies.
• Carry out and maintain fraud audits, investigations testing activities and documentation as required by the fraud plan.
• Apply the Fraud policy and other related policies, procedures and governing documents.

• Lead, coach and monitor Revenue Assurance team.
• Identify, analyze, validate and quantify new cross-business revenue risk areas and identify solution alternatives that drive revenue enhancement and/or cost reduction and enforce controls over new products & services.
•Set, implement & develop controls over different revenue streams to minimize revenue leakage to acceptable tolerance (Orange Cash, Postpaid GSM, ADSL, Triple Play, Leased Lines and Loyalty Program).
• Maximize the use of RA system (Raid) assuring CDR completeness, Subscription assurance, rating accuracy and product assurance.
• Recommend initiatives that minimize revenue loss via either new technology or operational process improvements.
• Evaluate periodically the revenue assurance controls and assure their efficiency.
• Apply/enhance the revenue assurance controls in coordination with revenue assurance teams and other stakeholders.
• Ensure that the revenue assurance operational KPI's are met and report/escalate any deviation to the upper management.
• Prepare and report the revenue assurance performance dashboard and financial reports to the upper management and the concerned departments.
