• Plan and develop the engineering & technical activities, create and lead the
engineering team, monitor project progress and set schedules and deadlines,
solve issues that arise, manage the money and budget, ensure owner
satisfaction, evaluate project performance, and issue and review the design
scope based on RIBA 2020 plan of work, client guidelines and standard and
requirements, AHJ, local authority guidelines and standards, sustainability
requirement LEED, SITES, all applicable local and international codes and
standards, all required permits and licenses, etc., from preparation and briefing
stage till IFC packages with collaborating and coordinating with internal and
external stakeholders, and issue and review all technical submittals as but not
limited to letters, reports, shop drawings, method of statement, material
submittal, RFPs & ITTs, SOWs, RFQs, RFIs, WIRs, MIRs, etc., Contract
Value are 4 billion SAR, The client is Green Riyadh RCRC.

● Project of Prince Mohammed Bin Salman Nonprofit City (Misk City):
-Supervise the implementation for Project of Irqah infrastructure upgrade street development & Boundary wall green zone & Misk school all grades, Review technical submittals as but not limited to IFC packages, shop drawings, method of statement, material submittal, RFP’s, RFI’s, WIR’s, MIR’s…etc, and issuance of letters, reports, NCR...etc. the client is Misk city at Misk foundation.

Role:
• Project of King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD):
-PMCM, ensure owner satisfaction, evaluate projects performance, manage
the design scope, issue and review all engineering and technical submittals of
design based on RIBA 2020 plan of work, client guidelines and standard and
requirements, AHJ, local authority guidelines and standards, sustainability
requirement LEED, SITES, all applicable local and international codes and
standards, all required permits and licenses, etc., from both consultants and
contractors for the design packages for all KAFD program (Master plan
includes different land use such as: Office, Residential, Hospitality, Hotel,
F&B, Retail, Entertainment, Commercial, Governmental, Wadi, Mixed Use,
Religious, Public Realm, Parks, Transportation, Educational, Utilities, etc.) for
the following but not limited to Monorail stations, KAFD Hilton Hotel tower,
Luxury residential Hotel, Mixed Use Parcels, Amphitheatre entertainment
park, Retail, Cinema & Supermarket, Multi floor parking buildings, Family
Park, LPG Farm, MEP Tunnel, Fire station, Signage and Wayfinding, etc.
from preparation and briefing stage till IFC, RFPs & ITTs, SOWs, RFQs,
RFIs, letters, reports, shop drawings, material approval, etc. and participate in
design review and approval, presentation, design meetings, workshops, etc.
with collaborating and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders,

• Work in the technical office as a senior landscape architect, to manage all
landscape activities such as, Detailed design and review, Site investigation
and survey, and photos for reports to the client and the preparations for
detailed design, Shop drawings, as-built drawings preparations for submittal
and approval, Material review for submittal, Method of statement review for
submittal, etc. for the mega project for infrastructure & bus stops & park ride
& streetscape & BRT & terminal stations of Riyadh Public Transport metro
Buses project, Contract Value: Phase 01 is 1, 4 billion SAR & Phase 02 is 1, 3
billion SAR, client

• Landscape design for public gardens and plazas, villa backyard, etc.
• Make the concepts and design, planning, working drawing, and presentation

- Plan and develop the project idea, create and lead the team, monitor project progress and set schedules and deadlines, solve issues that arise, manage the money and budget, ensure owner satisfaction, evaluate project performance, and issue and review all technical submittals as but not limited to IFC packages, letters, reports, shop drawings, method of statement, material submittal, RFP’s, RFI’s WIR’s, MIR’s …etc., for the landscape scope.

● Project of Riyadh Bus Stops and Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Phase 01&02:
-I work in the technical office as a senior landscape architect, to manage all landscape activities such like:-Detailed design and review, -Site investigation and survey, and photos for reports to the client and the preparations for detailed design, -Shop drawings, as-built drawings preparations for submittal and approval, -Material review for submittal, -Method of statement review for submittal, …etc. for the mega project for infrastructure & bus stops & park and ride & streetscape & BRT & terminal stations of Riyadh Metro Buses project, the client is Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC), Contract Value: Phase 01 is 1, 4 billion SAR & Phase 02 is 1, 3 billion SAR.

● Supervise of implementation of the project of Al-Bustan Village (Compound).
● Supervise of implementation of the project to develop the security headquarters in Saudi Arabia (KAP 1).

• Supervise of implementation of project Al-Bustan Village (Residential
Compound).

● Project of designing and preparing IFC (tender documents) for 6 Theme Parks and Public Realm in Riyadh city:
- I make the landscape concept and design, master planning, urban design, and presentation for the public Theme park for festivals and celebrations on the Eastern Ring Road near exit 10 and another 5 Theme parks, public realm, and plazas in whole around Riyadh which are approved by the client the municipality of Riyadh.
- I make the working drawing and BOQ, Tender documents (IFC Package) with the workgroup for the whole 6 theme parks including hardscape and softscape such as gardens, kids areas, walkways, seating areas, and zoning for the main plaza and stage, management building, family theatre, kids theatre, tent, security building, restaurant, food court, etc...
