• Work in conjunction with all department heads to ensure maximum profitability
• Monitoring and updating cost estimates for projects to ensure that costs are within expected ranges
• Provide critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections
• Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management.
• Guiding cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions.
• Produce monthly/quarterly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting.
• Maintain and report earned value compliance including cost/schedule integration.
• Monitoring warehouses to ensure prompt closing of inventory transactions.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Corporate Cost Control Manager.
• Make sure all the team responsibilities are performed and delivered in professional quality at the agreed time frame.
• Supervise Q.s engineers and involved in the invoicing process
