Doubled the company revenue targets by developing a Microsoft Professional Service line of business to LDC portfolio.
Successfully managed to position LDC portfolio and develop as one of the most renowned Microsoft Partners in Egypt, KSA, and Gulf.
Established and coordinated partner support requirements for the company solutions, including education, training, and roadmap/release planning.
Opened new markets for the company by adding Education & Start-ups solutions to the company portfolio.
Analysed the RFP and preparation of compliance documentation, solution documentation, POC, P&L preparation. Provided technical solutions for complex technical issues by serving as a "Lead Consultant" to the client.
