• Collaborate and contacting with MEA region Sales subsidiaries’ demand planners and monitor their sales forecast per region and ensure that demand can be fulfilled and recommend alternative SKUs in case of shortage.
• Implement and manage 13-week MPS based on actual demand, LG & suppliers’ production capacities, inventory target level.
• Ensure that daily production schedules operate effectively and are appropriate to meet production plan target and report daily the deviations reasons to avoid sales target losses and supply dispatch plan on-time.
• Proactively adjusting production schedules, resources, and resolving operation issues to achieve the supply plan with 90% adherence of more than 500k FG produced despite economic and resource challenges
• Collaborate and manage daily material meeting with procurement, logistics, production to maintain accurate stable supply plan accuracy and ensure incoming shipments delivery as planned to meet production schedule.
• Leading monthly S&OP meeting and deliver customer needs, anticipated demand and synchronizing sales forecast and supply planning to ensure efficient production and customer service.
• Anticipating factors that might influence demand, such as seasonal slowdowns or upcoming promotions.
• Optimize all bottleneck resources to implement seasonality planning to achieve sales target.
• Identifying and addressing any potential weekly supply chain risks for materials and FG.
• Manage OTD KPI by the Cooperation with logistics to accomplish dispatch plan to catch outgoing vessel ETD.
• Ensure that production schedules operate effectively and are appropriate to meet production plan target and
altered management If production gap will affect behind schedule and sales target.
• Manage supply planning metrics or KPIs: OTD \[On-Time-Delivery\], PPA \[Production plan Accuracy\], DFR \[Demand fulfillment rate\].

• Generate and Lead daily and monthly MRP by using master data MPS, BOMs, inventory status and lead time.
• Maintain ERPs inventory parameters, lead time, lot size, shelf life, safety stock and replenishment policies.
• Develop inventory management by reorder point method for RM/PM based on inventory classification.
• Lead regular meeting with Procurement and key suppliers to ensure supply Plan commitment based on lead time agreement.
• Track and monitor open POs and incoming shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and generate action plan for expediting shipments in case of potential stockout and addressing logistics issues.
• Re-scheduling deliveries of material, expedite or de-expedite regarding demand variation or forecast error.
• Always ensure the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) and inventory accuracy and manage and control inventory levels and movements.
• Material segmentation (ABC-XYZ...) analysis for inventory management.
• Accomplish weekly DOH KPI report to top management and addressing critical RM risks.
• Ensure keeping the right safety stock for all required materials.
• PR issuance on-time accuracy to maintain appropriate inventory levels to support production plan.
• Maintain forecast accuracy by collaborating with the cross-functional team to gather updated sales and marketing information, especially for events that significantly affect demand such as promotions and supplier stock.
• Facilitate excess or obsolete inventory analysis and take corrective action with other departments to improve.
• Cooperation with production team to eliminate waste and damage of raw material and manage with technical team new material introduction to production cells.
• Facilitate wide range of monthly reports about material consumption and deviation, PAB / ending inventory for all the bottleneck materials.
• Share material status summary or any potential risks that can’t meet sales Plan.
• Implement monthly demand forecasting, considering seasonality, market trends and historical data.

Identify performance gaps and Providing training and development opportunities to employees to help them develop their skills and abilities. • Accomplish daily master schedules to each work center to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to actual customer orders.
• Schedule weekly/monthly workloads/required capacity for the Machine Shop.
• Analyze and address customer orders to determine necessary process based on routing, material status and promise with accurate delivery date.
• Monitors status and progress of all scheduled work and work in progress to update plan according to any updates or delays and ensure It doesn’t impact customer delivery dates.
• Conduct RCCP capacity and resource allocation analyses to identify outsourcing opportunities and proactively address planning risks. By balancing demand with available production lines time, 0 determine resource needs, assess potential outsourcing.
• Facilitate and report operation efficiency and factory utilization on daily and monthly basis.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff, production and other managers, production staff and quality control departments to ensure the implementation of production plans.
• Conduct manpower/machine loading hours for the machine shop in daily basis and take the action plan If there is over or under production capacity.
