3) maximizing department revenue and achieve targeted & budgeted revenue and minimizing
cost and reduce expenses to increase GOP without affecting neither quality nor variety.
4) achieve high employee satisfaction survey results and work on plans
developing and motivating employees, preparing second line.
Duties:
1) maintain smooth operation of the outlets in a way that ensures both customer ultimate
satisfaction & applying polices & procedure of the company including their mission, values, and
promises.
2) ensure every customer request and expectation is exceeded
3) conducting trainings & departmental meetings & briefings.
4) placing purchasing orders for the department and controlling beverage costs.
5) assist the restaurant manager in all assigned tasks & duties.
