1- Review and analyse job bid instructions, specifications, and other documentation presented by the client, to accurately prepare and estimate projects.
2- Prepare the required design if needed in order to match with the company standard inventory and fabrication capabilities.
3- Prepare take off of steel materials, estimate all necessary shop labour and field erection, estimate materials, buyout items and equipment cost etc. to prepare a thorough bid estimate.
4- Prepare detail oriented and accurate estimates on new projects and estimate prices for any change orders on existing contracts, meeting assigned deadlines, and summarize results with Executive Team to ensure all aspects of job.
5- Collaborate with Cost Estimating Team on coordinating constructability reviews and applying appropriate costs in order to complete the proposal offer.
6- Using programming skills to develop software tools linking between the Engineering programmes like: (Generating the Staad module “Geometry & loading and Design Parameters”) & (Design of fixed base) & (Importing the plate take off from Staad to Excel MTO).

• Working for “Kirby Building Systems Kuwait “from August - 2010 up to July -2012 as a Design & Estimation Engineer responsible for :
1- Study and review the quote request form with all sales requirements.
2- Prepare structural design for steel buildings based on AISC and MBMA codes used software like MBS, Staad, Matrix and Smartest.
3- Prepare estimate sheet with all the material needed as per the QRF to complete the job.
4- Submit the Proposal Description along with design files and estimate sheet for unit leader review and comments.

Working for “Zamil Steel Egypt “from March-2010 to August-2010 as an erection engineer of Maritim Jolie Ville Luxor Resort responsible for :
1- Reviewing Steel Erection drawings.
2- Checking civil foundations and anchor bolts elevation before steel (columns / frames Erection).
3- Supervising ground assembly for main columns with beams to compose frames can be lifted and erected one time.
4- Supervising erection of main steel girders and bracings between frames (with consideration of erection sequence).
5- Supervising alignment and bolt tightening for main members of the structure on the main Aligns and Axis before offering for inspection.
6- Supervising erection of Dressing (erection of small beams, bracings, angles and other medium & light steel items).
7- Supervising balance bolt tightening and offering for final inspection.
8- Through all previous steel erection steps, solution for many technical problems in erection due to material defects or wrong design to be set by my or client proposals through RFIs (Request for Information).
