Central Functions HR & Senior Recruitment Specialist at Electrolux Egypt

Central Functions HR duties:

• Execute the performance appraisals and performance development's plan in Central Function
• Conducts new-employee orientations inside the CF.
• Implements all employee relations and Organization Excellence activities such as (Employee opinion survey, Organization health assessment and employees rewarding).
• Makes sure that the company policies are well known and understood to all CF’s employees.
• Execute the summer training program inside the CF.
• Follow up on the contracting with the service and outsource providers
• Prepare and Implement the cultural and sportive activities plan if there.
