• Getting vacancies from clients and source suitable CVs according to Job Description from Job Portals
• Interview candidates telephonically or face 2 face and provide feedback to Recruitment Officer
• Screening and short listing candidates before employers interview them
• Arranging and coordinating for interviews of shortlisted candidates
• ‘Head Hunting’ - Finding and approaching candidates for senior executive or specialist jobs
• Obtains and assess all certificates, references and testimonials of the candidates
• Manage and place Recruitment Advertisements in Job Portals and Classifieds
• Manage and update the company website and Social Network accounts
• Generates and maintains MIS and all other work related reports
• Supports Recuritment Campaigns in different countries through sourcing and providing qualified candidates.

Recruitment & Outsourcing

• Getting vacancies from employers and source suitable CVs according to Job Description from Job Portals
• Interview candidates telephonically or face 2 face and provide feedback to Recruitment Manager
• Screening and short listing candidates before employers interview them

Business Development

• Initiate new business development opportunities with corporate clients from different industries
• Execute business presentations and tele-prospecting
• Follow up and understand client's recruitment and training matters and recommending solutions
• Coordinate recruitment campaigns under the supervision of the Recruitment Manager
• Identifying new leads and researching market trends
• Plan Business Terms for the clients with higher officials
• Follow-up with Clients for payments and contract renewals
• Attending meetings, trainings and seminars

Office Administration & Customer Service

• Document keeping of Clients & Employees Details, CVs, JDs, TSs, LRs, BTs and Contracts
• First person to answer phone calls and meet walk-in applicants and collect & file CVs
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in the best interest of both customer and company
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and head office
• Operating & Troubleshooting Internet, Print, Copy, Scan and Fax
• All kind of Office Administration duties, and In-charge of FMCG and Stationeries
