We are a community based project working towards rehabilitation of salt affected and waterlogged lands in Sargodha, Jhang and Hafizabad. Mahtab worked as a trainee with us. Due to tough field circumstances it is seldom that a trainee agrees to go to the field , live and work and all that on his own expense. Mahtab did so. He managed to work in our field office Hafizabad . he worked in the fields of office management, monitoring and evaluation, management assistant and data entry operator. He performed any official duty assigned to him with much zeal and enthusiasm. he proved himself as a good learner and showed a quick adaptability. He sure will prove to be an asset to any prganization he works for.
