• Monitor and report on the performance of the organisation towards the achievement of national and local targets
• Perform Capacity and Demand gap analysis to forecast and highlight areas of risk and advice on appropriate activities to purchase in Service Level Agreements (SLA)

• Saving the organisation c£60k per year by developing and automating Practice Based Commissioning information system to support all General Practitioners in Oldham via the intranet website
• Project Administrator for Performance Management System Development and Implementation - involved heavily in the development and successful implementation of a new Performance Accelerator (an online Performance Management System) that subsequently awarded with NHS PCT of the year award
