Major responsibilities includes,
• Leading the Business Intelligence Unit for National Health Service (NHS) Oldham consisting of 15 staffs with a mixture of managers, analysts and IT consultants
• Developing the health informatics strategy, tactical system architecture and reliable health intelligence provision
• Delivering of performance management, information management, public health informatics and data infrastructure for NHS Oldham
• Monitoring performance and benchmarking services to drive efficiency and cost savings using health intelligence and via developing balance scorecard dashboards
• Developing and running forecast modelling for contract negotiation, system improvement projects and actuarial analysis
• Championing the use of information and analysis to the rest of the organisation via training, marketing and aligning the objectives of workstreams and strategic programmes with corporate objectives

Special projects,
• Implementing data warehouse solution for NHS Oldham
• Commissioning and managing a number of research and consultancy with external firms (e.g., McKinsey, United Health) for health development and assessment
• Bringing the analyst to the forefront via frequent presentation of intelligence to the doctors and health professionals

Major responsibilities includes,
• Leading the financial team of Maxis Broadband responsible for revenue and operating expenditure of the division
• Managing business finances within agreed budget
• Assessing the financial perspective of any new business cases and development projects
• Maintaining the commercial information reporting including developing daily reports for the business and business dashboard
• Producing monthly financial report, management report and board report for the division
• Responsible for the operation of inventory management for Broadband equipments
• Responsible for the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), i.e., budget and planning, for Maxis Broadband

Special projects,
• Leading in the development of the inventory management system for Maxis Broadband
• Leading inventory audit and subscriber validation project
• Setting up a focus marketing target scheme based on commercial data analysis

Major responsibility includes,
• Responsible for the overall management and performance of the Business Intelligence Unit consisting of 6 staffs
• Developing tactics and maintaining robust useable information services for NHS Oldham to provide accurate and timely information to all directorates and its partners across Oldham
• Creating and promoting a performance and risk culture within the organisation and play a major role in introducing integrated governance into the organisation
• Managing the process of budgeting, monitoring, reporting and contract negotiation of Service Level Agreement for a portfolio of acute trust hospitals amounting to £150m
• Introducing a forecasting model via Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel to support effective decision making process in the organisation by providing the necessary models/tools
• Monitor and report on the performance of the organisation towards the achievement of national and local targets
• Perform Capacity and Demand gap analysis to forecast and highlight areas of risk and advice on appropriate activities to purchase in Service Level Agreements (SLA)

Special projects,
• Saving the organisation c£60k per year by developing and automating Practice Based Commissioning information system to support all General Practitioners in Oldham via the intranet website
• Project Administrator for Performance Management System Development and Implementation - involved heavily in the development and successful implementation of a new Performance Accelerator (an online Performance Management System) that subsequently awarded with NHS PCT of the year award

Major responsibility includes,
• Collate and produce information and statistical data required for the completion of necessary returns, including Departmental Performance Indicators
• Develop new and improved statistical reports from a range of systems
• Prepare concise procedures to support the production of statutory and non statutory returns
• Contribute to the overall maintenance of the main departmental information systems

Special projects,
• Technical Analyst - promoted to Technical Analyst with bigger responsibility including managing staff (Information Analysts)

Major responsibility includes,
• NVO controller - budgeting, reporting, analysing and controlling non-variable overheads (NVO) for CP Malaysia
• Budget analyst - preparing total company budget for NVO, advertising, balance sheet, cash generation and net working capital
• Financial Analyst - responsible in company reporting submissions, preparation of budget bundle book and answering ad hoc request from New York (headquarter)
• Advertising Analyst - responsible for Internal Order (IO) accruals and reconciliation, maintenance of IO and advertising reporting by brand
• Brand Accountant - handling Home Care, Fabric Care and Oral Care responsible to prepare margin analysis, advertising analysis, IO accruals, commentary to New York and other request from Marketing Department

Special projects,
• SAP system - power user for B&P and Budget Deck validation projects and other SAP reporting including NVO reporting for actual through cost centre reporting
• B&P Power User - responsible in testing, launching and maintaining B&P system including the development of advertising template, copy function and uploading data to Business Warehouse (BW), CP Malaysia is the first subsidiary that goes live with B&P in Asia during 2002 Mid Year Review

Major responsibility includes,
• Annual budget preparation for the Year 2000/2001
• Standard costing project for medical, surgical and maternity services in Waitemata Health Limited
• Monthly overheads allocation and clinical utilisation
• Performance benchmarking and department contribution reports (cost variance analysis)
• Monthly clinical data audit to ensure accuracy of information
• Business analyst for clinical support services
• Transition database maintenance to update patient costs

• Improving Sterile Service Department (CSSD) information system capture to improve efficiency
• Creating contribution reports in Waitemata Health Intranet website for easy access to information
