Payroll Outsourcing :
Responsible for all accounts’ staff affairs the personnel function and all related issues such as dealing with Labor office, social insurance authority and tax authority.Prepare the required analytical reports for different parts (Clients & Management).Administrate the hiring & resignation processes for all the OS employees in accordance with the Egyptian labor law.Collect payroll variables from all accounts’ SPOCs (such as allowances, loans, hiring/ termination dates, leaves, social insurance, tax, overtime and other adjustments) and ensure that they are accurately reflected.Responsible for running & reviewing payroll calculations. Issue all monthly payments & invoices and follow up on the collection.Follow up and implement the required procedures related to promotions, career change and/or transfers as well as terminations and update payroll records accordingly.Handle all banks issues for OS employees (new accounts, credit cards, salary transfer, etc.)Handling the complete process of acquiring work permits for expatriates.Handling all medical insurance issues (additions, deletions, reimbursements, approvals…etc).Maintain personnel files and update data reports.Follow up on contracts renewal and acquiring relevant approvals and preparation of related documents.Take proper disciplinary action in compliance with the labor law and company policies in response to misbehaviors.Handled day-to-day inquiries from SPOCs.Conduct the orientation regarding the function for the new joiners.

Sourcing :
Enrich the pool of qualified Candidates in the different fields.Participate in employment fairs(proceeding with sourcing techniques to attract the matching candidates to attend, assist in the logistics & administration tasks )

Recruitment :
Screening & filtering CVs based on the required criteria. Conducting initial phone interviews.Contacting candidates for updating & offering.Scheduling interviews for the shortlisted candidates.
