• Work across all the company's department to communicate and ensure the goals and vision of the organization are delivered.
• Coordinate the tasks and the internal business flow among departments, with high client focus to deliver high quality services that guarantee client's
satisfaction.
• Work closely with the Sales, Demand Management, Finance, Development,
Customer Support and technical teams.
• Manages service delivery teams and individual objectives, performance and development.
• Manage the induction process of the newly hired employees and make sure
they are totally oriented with the company environment & technologies used.

• Report to Google team the deployment of Google for Work Projects for diverse clients in MENA area.
• Manage the Google for Education Program (GASP) in Egypt, Jordan & Saudi.

• Monitor the daily operations at the client side to ensure a smooth IT
change management.
• Running Google Apps for Education Project (GASP) with the
Egyptian universities (governmental and private) aiming to promote the collaboration using Google Apps among the students and the
Staff.
• Manage the Google for Education Program (GASP) in Egypt,
Jordan & Saudi by coordinating all the activities with the universities'
top management. Report directly to GASP program manager at
Google Ireland.
• Report to Google team the deployment of Google for Work Projects for diverse clients in MENA area.
• Supervise with the technical team to deliver a high quality
deployment service with no disruption or downtime for clients in
MENA.
• Manage and lead the Development team in developing and delivering Cloud-based solutions with high standards and using
state of the art technology.
• Report directly to the CEO and Google management.
• Lead both Web and Mobile teams.
• Provide guidance to the team based on management direction
• Coach, facilitate, solve work problems, and participate in the work of the team
• Provide status reporting of team activities against the plan or schedule.
• Prepare reports and maintain records of work accomplishments and administrative information, as required, and coordinate the preparation,
presentation, and communication of work-related information to the supervisor.
• Intercede with the supervisor on behalf of the team to inform the supervisor of performance management issues/problems and to recommend/request
related actions, such as assignments, reassignments, promotions, tour of duty changes, peer reviews, and performance appraisals
• Serve as a focal point to communicate and resolve interface and integration
issues with other teams

Teaching structured programming using C & Object oriented programming using C++.
Teaching desktop & web development using different technologies like HTML, JavaScript, XML, C#, ASP.NET 3.5 & ADO.NET.
Supervising students' projects assigned to them at the end of each course.
Supervising students' graduation projects.
Communicate and coordinate with the Top ranked IT companies the KTP (Knowledge Transfer Protocol) program that aims to help graduates get employment offers after the training period.
Audit and review documents compliant with ISO standard.
