HRMS Functional Customer Support Consultant MPAY-CP® at MenaItech :
- Providing the clients with the needed functional and business help as well as, problem
solving on timely basis by calls, emails and connections.
- Conducting orientation sessions upon request to give the client an overview of the system
and its features.
- Analyzing the customer’s new request, providing the already available workarounds and
preparing the customer request document to be handled by the Business analysis team.
- Keeping the clients updated with the newly released patches and fixes.
Technical writer - Freelancer
- Writing a system user manual in both languages: English and Arabic, in an easy way to help users applying the system features and perform their tasks.
- Translating articles and posts from English to Arabic.
- Creating posts and developing ideas for Facebook page (such as scientific articles, quote of the day, riddles and questions).
- Following-up with social media team to edit their content and meet the deadlines.
As a HR functional support member with the following responsibilities:
- Providing the needed support for clients over phones, emails and VPN connection to solve their issues on time.
- Being a team leader that manages the team tasks, helping them solving problems and following up with them to meet the deadlines.
- Documenting and updating the feature list after each version release.
- Providing the top management with periodically reports that describes the clients’ status and objective progress.
