Negotiate with all related entities as required to resolve complaints or to satisfy requirements of an unusual or abnormal nature.

Monitor, analyze customer network & orange business services & provide him with the needed support, consultancy & reports.
Provide the needed, timely technical and logistic support for the strategic and Key account manager
Handling all TMO ( Fiber Projects) projects for B2B by :
1. Define project scope: goals and objectives
2. Identify and specify tasks/sub-tasks
3. Estimate resource requirements
4. Identify and allocate resources
5. Prepare and execute a project plan
6. Manage critical paths on the project plan
7. Ensure project completion on time and Up to the customer satisfaction
1.Receive equipments, download applications, and ensure it’s functioning well.
