- Design and implement Web Analytics configurations for nonprofit organizations on a variety of online channels and platforms.
- Perform detailed and in-depth analyses to help deepen understanding of online donor behavior across digital marketing channels (email, social media, paid search and display), as well as merging data with offline data sources (direct mail, phone and other campaigns).
- Develop analytics tracking strategy and implementation documentation for clients; Test and validate code.
- Build and customize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, DoubleClick and other advertising platforms’ tracking code to measure critical KPIs, and oversee the testing and validation of code.
- Plan metrics for online marketing campaigns including email, paid advertising and social media, for conversion analyses, interpret results and develop recommendations for clients and internal team members.
- Create weekly and monthly client reports and dashboards combining data from multiple sources and databases; visualize and analyze the data for recommendations using a variety of tools and techniques (including Tableau and complex SQL).
- Devise and launch A/B and multivariate experiments to optimize webpages and user experience on Landing pages and eCommerce sites.
- Perform client training sessions on different analytics tools and concepts. Developing training outline based on client needs and author training and practice material.
- Create post-implementation and training documentation for clients and internal staff.

- Manage Online Booking engine projects and system implementations. Projects include: Customizing Sabre Airline Solutions modules for Payment Gateway, Agency and Corporate travel portals, Fraud prevention, Hotel booking.
- Draft System Requirement Specifications and work with end-users and development for e-commerce projects documentation.
- Manage outsourced development team for Frequent Flyer Members Portal including online enrollment, statements and ticket redemption online.
- Run online campaigns within booking engine, working with Sales and Marketing team to align online campaigns with sales targets and analyze results from the booking engine and ROI.
- Integrate & manage tools for website and booking engine to enhance product marketing and online brand : E-Newsletters, SMS, live feeds, Web Analytics, Live Chat.
