• Build a Quality process for the Quality department.

- Noor II project (Ministry of education - KSA) eLearning solution that serves more than 10 million users, including 6 million students and half a million teachers working in over 40, 000 public and private schools in the Kingdom
Activated automating the test cases using selenium hybrid framework to cover 70% of the acceptance test cases.
Implemented Apache JMeter to cover the load test.
- Implemented Cucumber Framework to automate the test on products (eLearning, ERP) and eService projects.
Start a Quality process in the CMS unit.
•Lead the internal and external QA team members to follow the quality process.
•Coordinate the utilization of the QA team on projects and follow up on QA team status on projects.
•Introducing SCRUM framework to the product owners and developers and help them in using TFS.
Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using best practices.
•Develop new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
•Lead and mentor QA team members.
•Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures.
• Good experience in Installation testing, on multiple Vendors (Oracle, MySQL, and SQL) and Application Servers (Tomcat, weblogic, websphere, and Oracle10g).
• Work closely with developers in Agile (X-Programming) environment to analyzing the requirement and reproduce and isolate problems.
• Create, modify, implement and execute automated and manual test cases for extensions to existing and newly developed applications
• Follow testing standards to trace and report bugs and Work with developers to ensure bugs are fixed.
• Experience in developing test scripts using different automation testing tools:
- eValidator
- Selenium

Experience in Black box testing. Excellent experience in writing Functional test cases, UAT test cases and project related documents (User manuals, reviewing SRS, …). Able to use bug tracking tools.
