Handling all HR and Admin related activities is the primary accountability for this position.
Support HR activity including recruitment, Training, preparing confidential HR documents, Medical Insurance, Employee relations and other HR activities as instructed by the HR Manager.
Keeping a track of all third party supplier contracts.
Preparing of the travel package (Advance, visa, flight & accommodation cost) including processing of expense claims - supporting Colleagues on the travel arrangements.
Responsible for negotiating rates and maintaining corporate contracts with Hotel, Travel agents and other vendors.
Manage invoice processing from receipt to getting the commercial and technical approval and further submission to accounts.
Follow up Customer Satisfaction Survey process including data collection, results analysis and reporting to Management.
Control inventory for stationary and office supplies of all departments.
Monitor the transportation and the office boy.
Responsible for periodic team related activities such as team building events, Family day and Expats events.
Main Responsibilities:
Receiving hiring needs from different departments (Technical & Administrative).
Responsible for Performing searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using different recruitment sources.
Screening and filtering CVs.
Provide qualified candidates to meet departmental hiring requests through the annual manpower plan.
Responsible for interviewing and testing new applicants to assure selection of the best candidate.
Responsible for offering the employment Job Offer and Hiring Letter, and follow up the employment process including employment documents.
Responsible for welcoming new employees and make Orientation.
Introduce Company policies and procedures to new employees and update if needed.
Keeping an updated database of all screened CVs.
Keeping a backup database for different positions.
Implement and update yearly Recruitment and Selection plan.
Follow up Employees Evaluation through and after the Probation Period.
Follow up and updating employees Job Descriptions.
Follow up resigning and employment termination process and conducting exit interviews with the employees.
Coordinate monthly Hiring reports.
Coordinating and updating salary structure system.
Responsible for employees’ yearly salaries increasing process.
Other Responsibilities:
Responsible for monthly Compensation and Benefits Process for employees.
Responsible for updating employees database.
Participate in managing employees Medical Insurance.
Participate in preparing Training Programs for employees.
Organizing company social events (Trips, birthday parties & sports day).
