• Manage BIM project requirements & shop drawings review for internal coordination.
• Conduct a clash detection report & review the design with compliance to the local &
International standard practice.
• Deliver the BIM Progress report on a weekly basis
• Attend the coordination meeting relevant to the package contract.

Manage architectural team to produce complete design drawings/shop drawings for outsource client. Provide redlines in every project to ensure drawings are done complete as per client quality standard. Manage technical issues arises along during design in every project.

Scope of works : * Conduct architectural inspection to ensure any work done by the
contractor should comply to the contract agreements with reference to
approved IFC-drawing, method of statement,
project specification and B.O.Q .
* To ensure any activity offered by contractor for inspection
with compliance to approved Quality Control Procedure(QCP)
and Inspection Test Plan (ITP) .
* Rendering/issue a site report(SON/NCR) for any findings through site
observation in site or any manner of work execution which is not
according to the contract.
* Carried out material inspection to ensure compliance with approved
materials, sample and stored in a proper manner.
* Support direct to Senior Architect through reviewing the submitted
shop drawings by the contractor for approval with relevant
to contract documents, to local authorities’ requirements
and international standards.
* Observing safety practice to maintain safe working environment.
* Inter-discipline coordination to maintain architectural
design integrity.

Manage architectural discipline to provide approved shop drawings for site construction. Sit in meeting with consultants (PM) to help and resolved any technical issues of the projects. Propose technical solution of any conflict and variance findings as per site condition. Review sub-contractor's drawings(precast panel) and approval of panel detailed drawing prior to casting the items. Acting project coordinator (Inter-discipline) to maintain architectural design intent
