Recruitment:
Handles the recruitment process starting from hiring requests of HODs
Publish vacancy by using social media, Job Portals, headhunting with relevant job requirements
Screening and filtering received CVs
Build Database for each position
Arranging and conducting HR interviews
Following up the interview process with department heads
Recruitment Admin and correspond acceptance and rejection
Monitoring and gathering all interview process by using excel sheet for measuring recruitment and selection performance

Analyzing training needs in coordination with employee and Head of department
Organizing the requested training with relevant training provider
Monitor Attendance of the trainees
Evaluation training courses by attendees
Following up about the impact of training on the employee performance with direct manager

Arrange interviews and make any necessary arrangements for pre-employment checks and tests.
Deal with all routine correspondence to applicants, including writing to successful and unsuccessful job applicants.
Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally.
Work with hiring managers on recruiting planning meetings.

I joined German University in Cairo (GUC) in October 2007and graduated in September 2011; having a bachelor degree in Business Informatics (BI) with Cumulative Grade "Very Good" and with B.Sc. Thesis Grade "Excellent". The major subjects I studied in the university are-but not limited to management, computer science, data base, information systems, accounting, finance, economics, auditing, law…. During my academic years, I attended computer programming courses, SAP courses, IT courses, management courses, 2 Enterprise resource planning courses in addition to 6 German courses.
