Human Resources Management
- Recruitment & Selection
Overseeing the full recruitment cycle, in particular contract preparation. Managing the Job postings using Social Media & Recruitment Websites. Ensuring that the correct recruitment and selection procedures are adhered to. Conducting interviews and reference checks on job applicants. Managing New Hire On-Board Process.
- Performance Management
Providing the proper guidance on performance appraisal process, Goals settings process and coaching to employees.
Ensuring proper implementation of Performance Management, Monitor and recommend on enhancements of the Performance Management (Reviewing quality of forms, comments of Employees & Heads, Preparing for Grievance committee per function & communicating outcome).
Overseeing the implementation of the performance management cycle to ensure that business objectives are achieved.
- Training & Development
Follow up on implementation of training needs based on Performance Appraisals and Individual Development Plans. Advise business units in planning the Training for their department and present training and development programs.

- HR Administration
Responsible for the preparation of the monthly payroll using ERP (Microsoft Dynamics)
Provide senior management and others with various types of employee reports including absence, compensation, annual leave, overtime costs and headcount.
Ensuring that personnel records are maintained to the highest standards.
* Maintain an updated roster of participant placements and potential job opportunities.
* Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
* Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally.
* Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
* Head-hunt the best experienced candidates with the required skill set for some of the
opening jobs.
* Utilize the Internet for recruitment.
* Post positions to appropriate Internet sources.
* Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting.
* Use social and professional networking sites and Recruitment Portals to identify and source
candidates.
* Suggest proper Medias for approaching the right caliber candidates.
* Submit candidates’ offers and follow up until placing.
* Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
* Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information
System (HRIS).
* Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees.
* Assist in writing and forwarding rejection letters.
* Assist in interviewing and selecting employees’ onsite.
* Assist in preparing and sending offer packages.
