Ensuring cost effectiveness against the approved Budget.
-Reporting the achieved saving.

-Complete assessment for all Allianz Outsourcing service providers and vendors.
-Converting Procurement system from manual to digital ‘’Oracle’’.
-Rennovation of Allianz SSCs.
-Helping Allianz SE Procuremnt Team ‘’AMOS’’ in making a group deal with hotel chains and airlines globally.
-Scanning accomodation service provider for Allianz employee benefits.
Day to day tasks;
-Undertake research on suppliers, reviewing criteria of reliability, availability of the required goods,
delivery times and support structures.
-Attend meetings with eager suppliers, assessing catalogues and marketing brochures.
-Attend conferences and trade shows to find more suppliers or undertake internet research.
-Supervise vendor contract stocking agreements with quarterly review plan to qualify renewal.
-Prepare several types of activity reports and assist in budget preparation.
-Act as key negotiator for purchasing plans. Responsibility includes initiating, directing and maintaining both short and long-term schedules.
-Provide accurate accountable data for preparing Procurement yearly budget.
-Monitor the purchasing budget.
-Ensure full adherence to the procurement manual and procedures.
-Monitor delivery times to ensure they are on time.
-Ensure the adequate supply of all required materials, components and equipment and sourcing the most affordable items.
-Ensure supervising role working as key contact across the company to ensure implementation of the procurement procedures.
-Resolve disputes and claims with vendors and suppliers.
-Handle the assigned purchase activities for the company.
-Issuing Airline Tickets and handling hotel reservations for Allianz employees travelling for business or training purpose abroad.
-Issuing payments and applying penalty or refunds accordingly.
-All above tasks are monitored and reported directly to Procurement Manager and in compliance with Allianz table of authorities concerning payment and order approvals.
-Covering Reservation Department from 05 pm till 7 am or during their absence in holidays in order to receive all reservations around the clock.

-Checking guest preferences & updating profiles accordingly.

Cross Training:
Replaced the Personal Assistant to the General Manager during her absence for 1 month: -Was responsible for sending emails & invitations on the behalf of the GM.
-Attending the morning briefing & taking notes to follow up on it with the Department Heads.
-Checking GM schedule & calendar for any appointments.
-Printing & revising reports for GM such as daily sales & manager flash.
Covered the Guest Relation Manager (Lady in Red) for 1 month: -Handled all guest complaints, honeymoon requests, amenities and lobby arrangements.
