• Provide dedicated support and guidance to multiple HR Business Partners and managers with specific
focus on HR transactions related to offer requests, employee onboarding, data maintenance and HR
data reporting
• Lead and participate in different HR projects and initiatives
• Provide rigorous data management specifically related to employee data/assignment changes, job
folder, and oracle records
• Provide wing to wing hiring and staffing support including but not limited to: job posting requests,
compensation approval requests, and offer letter requests
• Assist with all other HR data & input requests as needed
• Maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny
• Interface with Corporate HR Operations and Global teams to identify and resolve common issues as
well as increase productivity
• Run and analyze HR reports to the HR and Business Leaders
• Lead the UAE Alstom/GE integration and harmonization with the HR Ops team
