Preparing agendas for upcoming workshops.
Editing, writing and organizing documents
Responsible for all email for the Direct Manager or for the workshop
Preparing any technical documents for the events
Attending all meetings required
Preparing presentations, speeches, papers or even events to be organized and filled
Organizing the workshops and supervising other organizers
• Assists in preparation of meetings and sessions’ documents including (Speakers’ nameplates, reporting forms, etc.) for the 4th African Water Week Conference In Egypt.
• Assists in coordination of technical tours event and supporting documents including (preparation of tour announcements, registration forms… etc.)
• Help in coordinating the main forum and the side events, and helping in some procurement.
• Preparing all reports needed after the conference.
• Being part of the supporting team during sessions & providing assistance to conveners during sessions.
• Managing office on daily basis including appointments, meeting, events and visitors.
• Ability to work well under pressure, self motivated, dependable and goal oriented.
• Weekly, daily and Monthly reports.
• Translating & excellent communication skills, research, presentation skills and time management skills (ability to set and meet deadline).
• Ability to work individually and as a co-operative team member.
• Handling administrational, office managing tasks and all correspondences, manual & computerized filling.
• Marketing researcher.
• Meticulous, dynamic, accurate and punctual.
• Able to learn new tasks quickly and good team player.
• Responsible For All Customer Service and administrative management of a Loyalty membership project
• Assume customer service manager's overall responsibilities during his/her Absence in the office.
• Supervising a whole team in all their achievements.

• Recruiting writers in the magazine.
• Training new comers and handling their schedules
