 Selects CfW for construction according to established methodology;
 Ensures all CfW for construction documentation (agreements and attendance sheets) is correctly compiled and submitted to the DPM according to schedule;
 Provides the DPM with a list of the materials needed and collaborates in needs forecasting;
 Centralises needs and complaints by the population, follows up events that may have consequences on ACTED activities, and reports promptly to the DPM;
 Actively promote meetings and discussion with the contractor and the CfW;
 All CfW teams are appropriately equipped with visibility, tools and protective gear;
 Supervises monitoring on CfW construction teams;
 Is the main ACTED focal point in his/her site as regards liaison with all external stakeholders
 Communicates with the DPM and relevant staff for any difficulty linked to his/ her tasks, to ACTED intervention or to security situation and proposes possible solutions
