- Front line communication point with participants and trainers.
- Handle financial affairs.
- Assist with the scheduling of training sessions, and booking / notifying all relevant parties.
- Screen and Interview trainers.
- Provide general support for the trainers.
- Keep records about each training course and participants.
- Suggest changes in programs, schedules, content and other activities based on participants feedback.
- Coordinate the preparation of training sessions, find training rooms, ensure all necessary equipment are available.
