Purchasing all the company needs either for the internal use for the company or for external selling Cisco Equipments or other services the company provides to its customers within the company Portfolio.
Responsible for searching for the desired needed items within different suppliers and getting them at the best prices with the best terms of payments
•Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to Finance department .
•Determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs, ordering more materials when necessary.
•Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.
•Perform buying duties when necessary.
•Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.
•Review requisition orders in order to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications.
•Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists.
•Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers.
•Track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders.
•Calculate costs of orders, and charge or forward invoices to appropriate accounts.
•Check shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and that goods meet specifications.
•Compare suppliers' bills with purchase orders in order to verify accuracy.
•Approve bills for payment
Responsible for sending 2 weekly Reports KPI's and Cosolidated PO report
Coordinating and schedule the sales meetings
Listing all the deals with each account manager within a report
Sending offers to customers
Checking the availability within the sales projects
Sending faxes
Sending mails and filling all the deals documents
Finalizing the contracts
Preparing short term business plan.
Searching for the best ways for advertisement within the company’s budget.
Contacting different companies through mails and phone calls trying to take appointments to present our program and create brand awareness.
Make sure of customer satisfaction through feedbacks and regular questionnaire.
Receiving the offers from customers
contacting the customers through phone and emails to know everything about the kind of transportation desire according to the budget , the location, time and cost
collect all the data and organize it
Find the customer the best prices and sending them all information back waiting for their confirmation
Following Up till the cargo is arrived to the desired place then confirming with them for the arrival.
