Job responsibilities:
* Monitoring the Onboarding/ orientation execution of new hires.
* Accountable on determining the development needs of the employees & implementing HR
developmental programs.
* Identifying the Top Talents in cooperation with the executives & Line Mangers as well as
monitoring setting & implementing their Individual Development Plans.
* Design, implement & setting awareness on new Performance Management system.
* Setting & reviewing SMRT Objectives & KPIs for most of the positions.
* Monitoring the execution of the ‘Performance Appraisal “process & determine the training needs
of the employees that serves the company strategic direction.
* Setting & reviewing “Performance Improvement plans” for poor performers.
* Monitors the execution of “Internal Communication” events (new year, breakfasts, Ramadan
Event, gatherings, …).
* Responsible for organizing HR developmental events, eg: Team buildings & Top talents
assessment centers.
* Retaining calibers by conducting Exit Interviews & report the reasons for further analysis & taking
the necessary actions.
* Lead efforts to develop and support succession planning and strategically manage the execution of
succession plans: identify gaps in the talent pipeline, & ensure developmental path to successors.
* Cooperate with HR Manager to develop Performance Management & training policies and
procedures considering best practices & make recommendations on process improvements.
* Assesses, analyzes, and consults with managers regarding work force development issues;
behavioral and technical ones.
* Conducting awareness sessions on any new HR systems & ensure its application & understanding.
Job responsibilities:
* Raise the awareness of the staff providing HR guidance as needed (policies, procedures…etc.)
* Implement internships & talent programs across the company.
* Design & conduct a creative onboarding & orientation programs to new hires
* Develop job descriptions and specifications required for all jobs in the organization.
* Design HR surveys & ensure participation as well as setting & following up on action plans.
* Support Executives & Managers in their Objectives setting & KPIs.
* Manage the awareness & implementing company performance management system till
identifying Company Top Talents & the criticality of their retention. .
* Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths &
consultation with line managers as well as setting Top Talents development plans.
* Managing day to day operations & Employee Relations issues & consultations.
* Conduct Exit interviews for further analysis.
* Conduct Social gatherings and Team Buildings/ HR Events.
* Mange to organize & implement HR development projects eg. Team buildings.
* As one of the “change management” committees members across the Engineering sector,
managed to restructure four Engineering companies.
Job responsibilities:
* Identifying staffing needs, along with qualifications required for Senior/ critical positions with
hiring managers.
* Conducts job interviews for senior and managerial positions.
* Analyzing the needed skills, behavior & qualifications for job openings.
* Communication with employment agencies/ online recruitment websites.
* Identifying and sourcing qualified candidates using different recruitment channels then selecting a
list of shortlisted candidates after interviewing & conducting assessment centers.
* Manage extending job offers including negotiation and administration.
* Manage all assigned talent pools and candidate life-cycle processes through professional communication
channels.
* Responsible for the employment fairs arrangements with the concerned parties both internally and
externally.
* Manage implementing “Talent Academy” for Junior Engineering students from the students selection
using “assessment centers” till setting & delivering the scientific knowledge.
Job responsibilities:
* Working closely with hiring managers to ensure clear alignment on job requirements and expectations to
be certain that candidates selected within the required criteria.
* Responsible for searching, screening CVs and selection processes for potential calibers, assessing their
resumes and short-listing the suitable candidates accordingly.
* Place job advertising on the social media or recruitment website when needed.
* Conducting interviews to the sourced candidates who fit the required job description qualifications
* Recommending most suitable candidates for each requisition to the hiring manager, to be further assessed
on the technical aspects of the job.
* Conducting reference and background checks on applicants depending on their seniority level.
* Responsible for the “Internal Job Posting” for opening hiring channels from inside the organization.
* Representing the company in 2-3 job fairs every year.
Job responsibilities:
* Updating the interview status on the recruitment database daily.
* Updating daily/weekly/yearly reports.
* Searching, screening & selection for potential calibers according to the job description of the vacancies.
* Responsible for posting the required vacancies internally & assisting in the internal movement of
DMG employees.
