Responsible for developing quality management plans and following up on the implementation according to the specifications and standards followed and coordinating between the quality management personnel and other related departments.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise inspection activities on company projects
- Prepare the agenda of the management review meeting and the report on product non-conformance and external reviews
- Prepare and maintain documented procedures to control all documents and data for quality specifications
- Ensure keeping records of any changes that might take place to the documented procedures resulting from the correction of any preventive measures
- Ensure implementation of the quality systems in place
- Coordinate the necessary training activities to ensure thorough understanding and implementation of the quality policy and the quality system

• Responsible on following up project deliveries and the implementation of QC comments by data processor teams.
• Responsible on applying data checks based on QC checklists.
• Review data archived into the data warehouse for accuracy.
• Review referential and historical data integrity.
• Assure and maintain the accuracy and validity of data archiving system for each project data as well as client's data.
• Maintain deliverables revision number and serialization system.
• Recommend maintenance enhancements to processing processes to improve accuracy of data.
• Responsible of quality control internal documents and logs.
• Responsible on following up the implementation of QC and survey department processes.
• Liaise with the Quality Control Supervisor to provide internal knowledge transfer sessions with QC Supervisor and QC Senior Specialist.
1. Build and develops QC systems and documentation for all projects that ensure that products and services provided meet all requirements.
2. Participates in the review of customer or contractual documentation (including proposals) to identify and ensure fulfillment of requirements.
3. Reviews the project output quality performance to provide analysis and obtains corrective actions where necessary and to ensure compliance with company and customer requirements.
4. Provides interface and support to customer quality concerns to facilitate responsiveness to customers.
5. Evaluating, organizing and prioritizing work within the overall project schedule.
6. Taking responsibility for a team of engineers and training/mentoring junior engineers.

3. Accounting for engineering tasks to ensure they meet contract requirements.
4. Developing project specific procedures for the work to be carried out.
