The an NGO promoting
development in Pakistan, is implementing a five-year project to cultivate peace and
harmony. I developed the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) system for this
project, utilizing Microsoft 365 tools SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate. The
system includes a tailored project monitoring framework, a tracker for sub-awardees,
activities, and KPIs, and a database structure for real-time data collection, analysis,
reporting, and visualization.

Portal will facilitate and improve the management of Islamic Relief projects from a financial and
programmes aspect, tracking and monitoring the transfer of funds and also the sponsorship and reporting
on these projects to Islamic Relief Fundraising partners, Institutional donors & Board of Trustees, this
system develop under the guidance of IRW Finance Department.
