Job Description:
1. Work in accordance with the global Doka quality rules and procedures
2. Enter and double check various submitted warehouse reports
3. Report any faults and doubts to the superior
4. File all warehouse reports and related documents
5. Create and file all delivery and rental return related documents including gate pass
6. Assist with stocktaking/inventory procedures
7. Maintain a safe, clean and orderly work environment
8. Ensure appropriate use and maintenance of working equipment
9. Ability to work temporarily as a warehouse team leader as required
Job Description:
1. Draft, prepare and type different letters and communications to government and private offices
2. Coordinate with different government and private entities for various projects and other activities of the unit
3. Organize and coordinate meetings & conferences
4. Arrange and book reservations for travelling and accommodation of the command group and officers
5. Arrange and confirm appointments according to schedule
6. Maintain the filing system of different incoming and outgoing communications of the unit (fax, photocopying, scanning, printing, filing)
7. Handle and answer calls, inquiries and complaints
8. Collate and draft news/articles for PNP publications as well as other IEC materials
9. Assist in the documentation (photography & videography) of the PNP TV program with the production team.
10. Perform other tasks from time to time upon orders of immediate superior and other officers.
Job Description:
1. Receives calls and answers queries accurately based on the member’s coverage
2. Administers Out-Patient and In-Patient availments
3. Analyzes Member’s medical information vital to hospital availment.
4. Approves out-patient availments according to Member’s benefit program per the Service Agreement (SA)/Summary of Benefits (SOB).
5. In the absence of the Roving Specialist, approves hospitalization of Member, according to Member’s benefit program.
6. Makes appropriate referral of members to the appropriate hospitals/ clinics.
7. Discusses with Member Maxicare’s coverage or non-coverage of availment.
8. Resolves availment complaints of members.
