I am writing to apply for the position of Charge Nurse/Patients Flow Nurse Supervisor.
Having work for 11 years in a JCI accredited Hospital in Qatar, in my most recent role
as director of nurses, I have managed plus 100 staff nurses' team and patient flow
supervisors in Inpatient and Critical Care Areas. I am experienced in customer
services, management and team leadership leading Performance Improvement
initiatives that ensure the Hospital goals are achieved, like reducing hospital cost of
expiry medications, improving staff passing prometric exam, improving waiting time
in Outpatient obstetric clinic, improving nursing skills in medication administration.
I possess a Bachelor of Sciences in Nursing and hold a current RN License, I have proven experience
in managing a variety of clinical and administrative tasks, formed part of several
teams which aim to provide critical link between hospital management and clinical
care, overseeing patient-care operations, assigning and monitoring staff nurses and
identifying and implementing quality improvements.
I have gained experiences on enhances economy by understanding workforce needs and aligning resources to meet demands, Hiring, strategic planning and budgeting. I also have skills on recruitment of nurse’s staff, analyzing performance data for decision making, quality and patient safety, nursing education.
