• Provide HR support and advice on a wide range of HR aspects including interpretation of employment legislation and corporate policies, performance management, employee relations, career development, coaching, discipline, reward & recognition and exit strategies.
• Work with employees and the management team to coordinate employee short term disability, long term disability and other type of leaves and accommodations.

• In charge of the annual wage review for our site which includes wage survey and recommendations to the senior management team at the DHL HQ
A Real Estate Developer
• Part of the leadership team to work on M&A of 7 legal companies from an HR standpoint.
• Design and implemented a restructuring and redundancy program that resulted in a 20% staff reduction and annual savings.
• Develop new HR Policies that were clear, concise and transparent while introducing a common theme and sense of fairness throughout the company.
• Design a new grading structure and country specific compensation program (KF methodology) by shifting from a “wide” to “narrow” band structure to support succession planning and staff development.
• Develop the annual manpower plan and work to attract and source to fill those manpower needs.
• Automate the performance management cycle. In addition, implemented SAP Success factors HR management system.

• Manage an outsourcing program for selected HR activates to a shared services center which resulted in cost and time savings of 40 hours per week.

Established the HR function in the company which entailed the following:
• Ensure Human Resources plans, policies and procedures are developed, maintained, properly implemented and abided by.
• Ensure a proper salary scale and benefits scheme are developed reflecting position value and market trends.

• Ensure the development of diverse training Programs that catered for current and projected needs.
