alignment to the overall plan to achieve Zain’s objective.
 Coordinating recruitment process through posting vacancies through
internal communication channels and through reception advertising
media, as well to receiving applications, and screening CV’s as per the
functions standards to convey the most qualified candidates to the
concerned manager.
 Following up on candidate’s recruitment through coordinating and
conducting interviews.
 Documenting recruitment activates as per standards in order to sustain
correct and complete database for future process.
