- Covering Business Intelligence solutions in Saudi Arabia for Named accounts (large companies in Saudi Arabia)
- Working closely with customers on identifying their business needs and potential areas of growth in the Business Intelligence and Analytics areas, and working on proposing the right solution to match their needs.
- Liaise with customer contacts for the purpose of managing the customer relationship, identifying new opportunities, and selling Oracle products and services.
• Provide Technical consultancy for Technology sales representatives in MEA for Enterprise Content Management solutions.
• Present and demonstrate the solutions above to Oracle’s customers
• Provide proof-of-Concept (POCs) and live customized demonstrations for Oracle’s customers according to their business needs and requirements
• Deliver Technical trainings and workshops for Partners and customers.
• Part of the CSR committee for Oracle Jordan.
• Provide business and technical support for sales force in MEA (Middle East and Africa)
• Work on business analysis, development, and planning according to business needs and requirements
• Deliver technical trainings for new-hired employees (in-class and web conferences) in various fields such as Fusion MiddleWare, Oracle Portal, and BI (Business Intelligence) in MEA. And supervised technical projects handled by them
• Build BI Dashboards and reports that reflects internal needs and business processes
