Key Responsibilities:
 Receive new clients on a regular basis
 Complete client in depth consultation via conference call hand over from sales. Take on the client from that point.
 Communicate with client via CRM and online log in area only after client documents have been received.
 Collect all payments from client as they fall due for collection.
 Close all files where the client has not provided documents in line with our Clients Care Letter in time. Leaving the client understanding and satisfied.
 Prepare all clients application forms and submit to Government official cases that have all documents.
 Reach target agreed with your manager for cases submitted per month or closed with full payment taken.
 Deal with all compliant and refund issues so the company brand is not adversely affected.
 Assist in the development of product training material.
