Managing property maintenance, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and civil works property inspection subcontractor works & prepare the all paperwork.
Negotiating with Subcontractors.
Developing Hard and soft services plan.
On call for property corridonitors and security facility realted issues.
Controlling all hard and soft services and facilities spend in line with budget levels.
Managing all services contracts.
Negotiation lease renewals.
Managing the work of contractors and inspection that it will be done highest standard.

VSE -Coporation =Reports to Operations Director Responsible to maintain the general condition and appearance of the facility/property, and operate under safety standards set forth by the company. Responsible for managing the maintenance efforts of the assigned properties including the physical aspects of the property's mechanical & electrical system . such as HVAC, Fire, elevator, c c t v, telephone systems, plumbing’s and electrical, Supervise maintenance technicians and staff crews for the implementations of preventive, corrective maintenance work schedules. Perform other task as per assigned by superior. Property Tenants move in & move out Inspection Reports, making damages for the apartments, missing items make inventory Reports .Purchase Material in budget for used property.Subcontractors Follow up the Works Making Reports &inspection Site Vist checking the material Qulaity and work its completed under sign by the contract time period. Renovation for the property preparing tenders .Civil, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, House Hold items furniture Electrionics appliances .in the Budget By three quotes . Handling Security Attendents timing, swimming pools arrange chemicals & cleaning. Subcontractors crew Cleaners, Attendents, Cleaning material of quality. inspect the Cleaning lobby area flooring walls, corridors, wash rooms, apartments, gym equipments, tennis court, squash court, basket ball court, compound area of property, Pest Control & irrigation planttion checking & inspection . All subcontractors Works, and inspection the property by supervisors . taken daily updates, and making files update to operation director . My mission is tenants need to be satisfied in property facilities management services .
Reports to Operations Manager. Responsible for the maintenance of all Real Estate Property Bldg., Comlex malls, & residential bldgs. Responsible for all aspects of cooling towers, pumps, motors, including preventive maintenance, routine servicing, seasonal repairs on HVAC, plumbings, and electrical equipments. Performs other task as per assign by superior.
Reports to Resident Engineer. Responsible for the monitoring and maintenance of all University building property with regards to HVAC Equipments, boilers, pumps & valves, piping & filters. Supervise HVAC Technician's and Operator's for the implementations of preventive and corrective maintenance work schedules for all equipment properties and utilities. Monitoring of spare parts consumptions and re-ordering of parts for local & imported suppliers. Computer proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Reports to General Manager. Responsible for the installations and repairs of HVAC Equipments, Chillers, D.X. units and Split Type Units, Restaurant Electrical Equipments Repairing and Apartments & Studio Electrical, Plumbing works. Supervise Technical Staff for the installation, repair and maintenance for all refrigeration, A/C Units, fire fighting equipments, boilers, water pumps. Building and maintenance of positive customer relationship with all clients. Keeping records up-dates for the equipments with proper check-ups. Perform other task as per assigned by superior.
Reports to Park maintenance manager . Responsible for the HVAC installation, maintenance and repair of Trane Air-cooled Chillers, D.X. Units, and Split-type Units. Performs routine and preventine maintenance work schedules and any electrical repairs & troubleshootings for the Entertainment ride equipments. Conducting test, rounds and analyzes data to ensure the proper functioning of electronic and electrical equipments for the entertainment rides. performs other task as per assigned by superior.
