• Responsible for maintaining Organization Structures of all Sections within Dubai Airport departments using Microsoft Visio
• Maintain the computerized records of the section including Manpower Establishment and employee database, updates these and other files as necessary and creates reports, queries, graphs, charts etc based on the information contained in these records.
• Coordinate with all Dubai Airport Divisions for the timely submission of Manpower Budget and follow up various promotions and vacancies in the relevant divisions.
