Supporting departments on their day to day operations Plan, lead, organize, and control the total activities of Central Processing Department (CPD) ensuring to provide top quality, error-free operational support to the entire organization’s businesses.

•Plan day to day activities with focus on organization’s planned talent acquisitions. Undertake necessary steps to outsource potential applicants internally or externally to provide the required planned manpower ensuring that all vacancies are filled with the right personnel in a timely manner.
•Monitor external developments in relation to employee development and industry best practices and ensure that development programs remain current and relevant

•Prepare the employee deployment form for the new/transferred employees.
•Participate in the new employees induction process in order to deliver the HR instructions and other related procedures that the employee will use.
•Reviewing Promotion/Salary Increase requests and taking it up with the concerned approvers.
•Provide a confidential and efficient Human Resources service to the Bank, working closely with General Management to advice and consult on HR policy. Responsible for managing and coordinating HR operations, contributing to policy development, Health & Safety, pension, and Training and Development functions for the Bank.
•Performance management, coaching managers on performance management issues and processes.
•Deal with complex disciplinary/ grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge evidencing appropriate decision making skills.
•Provide full HR support to the business units including strategic planning, manpower plans and needs, employee relations, compensation and benefits, HR policies and procedures, performance management and training & development.
•Support the Emiratization activates by developing annual plans and monitoring its execution and accordingly provide reports and feedback to the management.
•Responsibility for the HR Case List, ensuring that the HR Business Partners are well supported to deal with all employee relations cases, in accordance with organization Policy and best practice and for producing a regular Case List activity report for the HRD to take to the business meetings.
•Support employee engagement processes by supporting them and conducting regular one to one meetings in all the business unites.
