Position: Trainee
• Manage and oversea the technical functions of ROW NOC team in order to issue NOC letter for the project related to the transport.
• Communication with all external applicants for NOC Insure all the technical standards policies and procedures adhered in issuing of NOC.
• Ensure the availability of required resources to carry out all the tasks related to ROW NOC team functions.
• Manage the coordination and the document flow of NOC application.
• Follow up queries or clarifications needed from stockholders based on documentation submitted and request additional documentation and information by email or phone or meeting.
• Ensure that all stockholders to a specific NOC received the NOC application based on technical insight applied a specific application and on relevant project within Abu Dhabi.
• Prepare a consolidated NOC response (based on responses of the other sections and the divisions) and ensure that all general and specific conditions and comments from each division and sections are captured on consolidated NOC.
• Inform applicant of NOC outcome (following dot procedure in contacting the external stakeholders)
• Ensure that all NOC project data are updated and reflected in the GIS system (where applicable)
• Review NOC application to determine the adequacy of supplied information to able to process NOC application related to ROW.
• Follow up information or queries required from stockholders.
• Nominate additional stockholders to receive the NOC application.
• Perform any other work related tasks as directed by management.
• Conducting a quality assurance survey.
• Communication with all external applicants for No Objection Certificate to insure all the technical standards policies and procedures adhered in issuing of No Objection Certificate.
• Ensure the availability of required resources to carry out all the tasks related to ROW NOC section functions.

• Ensure that all stockholders apply for specific No Objection Certificate application based on technical insight applied and on relevant project within Abu Dhabi.

• Al Hosn University, United Arab Emirates. Completed Master degree in Engineering Management in June 2015.
