Focal point of contact for relationship enhancement of PCM Top Tier customers. These customers are the top 100 to GBM, CMB and BBU customers that generate the most PCM income to the Bank. The cash management solutions of such customers cover multiple geographies and are complex. They require responsive and well-orchestrated regional Client Service proposition from PCM.
• Provide regional and domestic client service proposition to customers. Ensure client satisfaction. Lead and work with other areas of the Bank on the crafting and provision of service.
• Cross sell products and deliver service solutions that meet customers’ needs. Obtain feedback from customers on service improvement and for external polls and internal surveys.


• Enhance customer relationship by working closely with RMs in managing client expectation, conducting annual account planning and service reviews with customers.
• Provide regional and domestic client service; manage and grow the cash management relationships; ensure client satisfaction and act as primary contact of PCM to customers. Lead and work with other areas of the Bank on the crafting and provision of service.
• Facilitate discussions externally with clients at senior levels and internally in the bank with Treasury, IT, and NSC/SD for payment processing and query resolution and fixing recurring issues
• Maximize PCM revenue by account planning, cross selling, deepening wallet share and increasing stickiness
• Focal point of contact and act as the PCM account manager for relationship enhancement of PCM Silver customers.
• By providing proactive service including account planning, conduct annual reviews with customers on PCM, formulate service plans, recommend solutions and service improvements that address customers’ needs, share best practice.
• By providing customized solution that requires multiple-party (HSBC group entities, NSC/SD, RMs, RSC, BT, IT etc) coordination and gaining the commitment of all relevant .

• Achieve excellent cross-border relations with Electronic Banking staff in other units as well as with Data Centre Operations staff and Back-office Operations (CMO) locally, so that the highest standard of customer service is being provided to all Corporate customers for all their EB transactions
• Maintain proper checks and controls within the EB unit and ensure that the unit's operations are in strict compliance with all relevant control standards - both internal to SCB and imposed by external regulator

Moved back to bank Muscat in IT Dept in the Application Mgmt as ATM&CDM administrator, which does the configuring the ATM&CDM on to the atm switch plus trouble shooting. My role is to configure the CDM or ATM to their main controller switches, being part of major project that takes in the bank, latest project I handled was upgrading the main server for our CDM to a new server .
