Responsible for handling a class of 33 students of age 3 and 4 years
Maintaining the complete records of students
Teaching them basic like a shape, color, numbers, English alphabet
Teaching about basics of regular life: eating, talking and behavior.
Teaching them about natural things, names of animals, flowers, fruits and vegetables
Conducting small tests for checking their development and grasping status
Conducting small games in the class
Conducting group activities. Organizing the groups of children and permitting them to develop their creativity
Responsible for their physical and mental development.
Coordinating with parent and updating about their child’s development and performance.
As per performance giving more attention to weak children
Keeping the classroom tidy and organized
Developing lesson plans and instructional materials
Keeping lessons lively interesting and informative
Giving constructive feedback to pupils and encouraging them to do better

Plan and implement activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual and social needs of the children.

Preparing classroom material and present students in different forms role playing, visual aid and through games.
Create arts and crafts for children.
Supervise children at all times.

Providing pastoral care and support to children and providing them with a secure environment to learn.
Encouraging children's mathematical and creative development through stories, songs, games, drawing and imaginative play.

Ensuring the health and safety of children and staff is maintained during all activities, both inside and outside the school.
Teach students about the structure and content of the Serbian language, including proper grammar and sentence structure.

Create lesson plans and modify accordingly throughout the year.
Integrate goals and objectives into lesson plans.
Tutor students on an individual basis.
Prepare and distribute required reports.
Observe and evaluate student's performance.
Participant actively engaged in an exploration of the process used to hire staff, learning the steps that should be taken in deciding which applicant to hire and how to use word processing software to format an application form.
(The main aim of this course is to present the importance of Soft skills and leadership to participants and to help them to learn something new about these topic through mixture of lectures, trainings and group workshops. By the end of the course, participants should have necessary knowledge to successfully lead team or group and to be able to finish a project within given time. Also, participants will learn how to recognize verbal and non-verbal signals and what they represent while communicating with others. Lastly, participants will gain knowledge on how to effectively present their project and work to the public. All of this will allow them to have the necessary requirements to become good leaders.)
