1. Assess customer IT landscapes and requirements. Design reliable and scalable network architectures (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi) that meet business needs.
2. Select appropriate hardware and technologies (switches, routers, wireless access points). Install and configure networking equipment (Cisco, Aruba, TP-Link, Fortinet, etc.).
3. Set up network services like DHCP, DNS, VLANs, routing, switching, firewall rules, and VPNs.
4. Configure and tune security devices (next-gen firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN concentrators). Enforce
security policies to protect client networks from cyber threats.
5. Monitor network performance and availability. Perform backups, disaster recovery planning, and
system restorations. Patch and upgrade firmware/software to ensure reliability.
6. Respond to support tickets related to networking and IT infrastructure. Train end-users on networking tools or security best practices. Deliver technical documentation and configuration guidelines.

1. Manage and troubleshoot corporate access-layer network infrastructure including Routing, Switching, Firewall ACL and privileges for more than 2, 000 in-house users.
2. Deploy, administer, and troubleshoot Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS) within corporate and VMware-based environments, supporting more than 2, 000 users and workstations with role-based access control.
3. Design, deploy, upgrade, and support VDI environments and VMware ESXi host and cluster infrastructures across multiple geographically distributed sites.
4. Deploy and manage ConnectWise Control (ScreenConnect) on-premises solutions and integrate them with Microsoft AD DS to enforce secure, role-based user access.
5. Design, implement, and continuously optimize IT infrastructure to meet evolving business and
operational requirements.
6. Lead partner network infrastructure readiness and onboarding, ensuring compliance with technical and security standards.
7. Provide Level-3 technical support for local and international customers, including partners and
enterprise clients.
8. Ensure network and server security compliance in alignment with HITRUST and CIS Benchmark
standards.

1. Managing Broadband ISP Network & IPTSP Operation including Routing, Switching, Firewall ACL.
2. Plan, design and Deploy different scale of Network (LAN, W-LAN, MAN, WAN) Infrastructure.
3. Manage and troubleshoot Network & Devices (Router, Layer-1, 2, 3 Switch, Wireless Controller,
Router, AP)
4. Configuring & troubleshooting of DNS, Web, Mail, Virtual mail server etc in Windows & Linux
platform.
5. Monitor network and endpoints with CACTI, PingPlotter, PRTG tools.
6. Managing and configuring IP-TSP SS-7 Server (Asterisk on Linux), Soft-Switch, IP-Phone, IP-PBX,
ATA etc.

* Maintaining and troubleshooting Layer-2 and 3 network.
* Maintaining and troubleshooting Windows and Linux based Servers (DNS, DHCP, MAIL, SNMP, WEB, AD etc.).
