Prepare curves showing comparing between planned and actual completion percentages,
Prepare curves showing manpower histogram and cash flow.
Prepare Work Schedule Weekly (one week look ahead),
Monitoring the materials submittals, approvals, procurement and delivery to site to the time schedule,
to Supervise The Work On Site, Coordinate With Suppliers to Insure Of Materials Delivery, Reading Of Structural Drawings &Explain It to Foreman, Quantity Surveying for Steel & Concrete, Reviewing &Checking For Drawings.
Issue Inspection Requests&Handing over Works On Site to Consultant Engineer.
Issue Daily Reports For Works On Site Each Day.
