- Support the PMs in external engagement with Government authorities, MoL, and CBOs.
- Leading the process of implementing and overseeing the ACTED / CfW activities with collaboration PMs/PT.
- Working with teams to develop, clear, realistic, project engagement, and achievable work plans for beneficiaries.
- Spearheading the coordination efforts with ACTED MEAL, ensuring comprehensive monitoring of project CfW activities in adherence to the established MEAL framework; collecting and analyzing data from trainers' "post-employment surveys, driving
evidence-based decision-making and program improvement".
- Setting out ACTED and CfW documents and SOPs are implemented during the project cycle.
- Ensure that all necessary CFW documentation, including CfW contracts, attendance sheets, and payment sheets are accurate
and ready in a timely manner.
- Assist the PMs/PT with CfW participant selection ahead of each CfW cycle, following CfW regulations, and facilitating with the
local community and authorities for the selection of the CFW participants.
- Facilitate and identify effective methods in cooperation with internal staff to raise awareness with the aim of community engagements (applicants' scoring sheet, needs assessment, FGDs).
- Represent ACTED as IBVs focal point in (FGDs) and BNWLG meetings held by our partner and stakeholder.
- Conduct capacity-building for stakeholders, community members, government agent of the most vulnerable groups for potential
beneficiaries (women, girls, and the elderly).

- Maintaining a documentation system with up-to-date information for project activities, with meticulous filing practices for easy accessibility.
- Support in data collection, entry, cleaning, and analysis on unstructured and structured data sets, develop and maintain up-to-date
databases as required and conducted by the MEAL department.
- Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
- Resolve complaints within specified timelines, ensuring prompt action.
- Update and design new spreadsheets, templates, databases, or any other assessment tools.
- Creating data collection tools (ODK, KOBO, and Microsoft forms), testing, piloting, and supporting during the training
, and assisting enumerators during data collection on the field.
- Ensure the implementation of the MEAL plan activities(Baseline, Spot check, ad hocks, end-line and evaluation).
- Review and synthesize information from interview notes, recordings, and tabular survey reports.
- Ability to estimate monthly, quarterly, and annual budget forecast reports.

- Follow up and keep track of procurement/finance/ paperwork including contracts, invoices, archiving, coding, and organizing all supporting documents for all project paperwork.
- Manage day-to-day project activities in implemented area through (field visits, and daily, weekly, and monthly reports).
- collect contractor's invoice data for calculating daily quantities of garbage volume collected.
- Proactively address solid waste management concerns in the camp, including garbage collection and disposal, functionality
of waste bins, a rotation system for street litter pickers, and the inclusion of vulnerable groups.
-Verify the accuracy of timesheets to ensure precise payment records.
- Assist in managing and organizing the queue during payment facilitation.
